She is an experienced, excited, and credentialed Executive Coach for leaders in their efforts for both personal and institutional culture change. She supports them in developing themselves to address current cultural issues, create inclusive environments, and in engaging their organization’s diverse communities in their institutional efforts. Â

As a first generation American with Jamaican and African American roots, she values and lives joy through the meaningful experiences which come from connecting with family and friends and across all the generations, daily yoga and meditation practice, taking a variety of classes, attending theater, hanging out at the beach, and collecting crystal jewelry.
After receiving her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education in Counseling Psychology degrees at Duquesne University and University of Pittsburgh respectively, Suzanne practiced professionally as a psychotherapist as part of the Pittsburgh community and health care system. After 12 years, she transitioned her career to a focus on Organization Development and Executive Coaching.
