Jaci Anderson

Jaci Anderson is an accomplished Organizational Development Consultant and Leadership Coach with over 25 years of experience in organizational development, leadership development, and community organizing. As a mixed Black woman and the daughter of an ILWU longshoreman with 44 years of labor, Jaci has a lifelong, firsthand understanding of the profound impact labor union work has on individuals and communities. Since 2020, Jaci has been a faculty member of The BOLD Center with SEIU, where she has facilitated racial affinity groups, Burnout/Wellness workshops, and Trauma Informed Union trainings. Her work centers on the wellbeing of women of color in leadership, providing culturally curated leadership coaching that liberates individuals and systems. Jaci specializes in Anti-racist Organizational Development, Organizational Culture Change, and Leadership Development during periods of transition. Jaci firmly believes that when we fight systemic racism we win economic and racial justice for all. She holds a BA in Psychology and Religious Studies, an MA in Global Leadership, and several certifications in healing-centered social justice and coaching. Jaci lives in Long Beach, California while serving locals across the U.S. and Canada.
