Carrie Gleason is a certified healing-centered coach and consultant who supports leaders and teams in labor and social justice movements. As a seasoned practitioner, Carrie understands the unique challenges faced by organizational leaders, campaigners and organizers. As a coach, Carrie supports her clients to ground, increase awareness and find clarity in understanding the change they desire, explore different possibilities, and work through what is getting in the way. Carrie also supports teams in centering equity and advancing anti-racist organizational change as well as in deepening alignment and cultivating healthy collaboration. Her consulting practice also includes: strategic planning, campaign strategy, and program development. Carrie works effectively with multi-racial, cross cultural teams along with unionized workplaces.
Carrie is an accomplished campaigner and organizational leader who has spearheaded people-driven campaigns that won union victories, breakthrough labor standards and held corporations accountable. Carrie is certified by the International Coaching Federation. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and was a Charles H. Revson Fellow at Columbia University.
