Ann has developed a consulting firm that provides transformational organizational consulting, training, workshops and people development. The goal is the development of intrapersonal and interpersonal skills and resources to optimize external productivity for the benefit of self and others. Ann’s passion and broad experiences help to develop kinship with diverse clients.  

Ann provides consulting in diversity, equity, inclusion, implicit bias, cultural humility and responsiveness, restorative justice, respect in the workplace, harassment, management training initiatives, as well as, management and recruitment planning assistance for multi-ethnic outreaches. She provides strategic planning consulting and strategy retreats.  Additionally, her firm provides Organizational, Leadership and Staff Development through training and coaching, to assist organizations on improving communication and developing psychologically safe and inclusive work environments.  Ann provides coaching services for personal and professional empowerment for optimal functioning and career advancement.  

She brings a contagious energy, warmth and optimism which stimulates learning through raising delicate issues in a way that is infused with humor and perspective that increases an environment for trying new ideas/behaviors. Ann works with government agencies, corporations, non-profits, religious organizations, and teaching institutions.
